WOW! We reached our whopping goal of $40,000 in just under two months! We are floored and in awe of the generosity of all of you—thank you to every person who contributed! If you didn’t contribute and would still like to, we would still love your support. This number was an estimate of adoption costs, and we would love continued help in the upcoming years as we await being matched, travelling to Colombia, and coming home with our child(ren). We are so grateful for your generous gifts, but we’ve also loved hearing adoption stories and receiving your letters of encouragement as we go through this grueling process. We know that we are not alone in this journey, and this is huge for us. We are still waiting on two final pieces of our dossier. These are estimated to get to us in the next month or two.
